Extended the task-utils skill to manage and validate a task’s research grounding — writing the three link lists (via a Haiku subagent) and flagging links that no longer resolve in ../research as part of reconciliation.
Turn the task’s new Research grounding section into a maintained, validated link set. task-utils already owns the task file and does orphan-reconciliation, so extending it to write the grounding links (choosing them optionally via research-access) and to flag a vanished subject/observation/citation — or a malformed bare observation reference, or an absent ../research — is a small, consistent addition. Grounding stays optional and is explicitly not a quality gate. Part of executing plan-004.
