Added the research-access skill: a read-only, Haiku-delegated bridge that surfaces the sibling ../research repo’s subjects, observations, and bibliography as grounding for blog posts.
Close the gap between the blog and the author’s separate ../research workspace so posts can be grounded in cited, confidence-labelled research without hand-copying context across repos. The skill reads ../research in place and strictly read-only (research → blog, one direction), keeping the research repo the single source of truth; the main agent decides what to pull and a Haiku subagent does the mechanical read/collate, matching the -utils precedent. Part of executing plan-004.
