Rewrote CLAUDE.md, replacing the “newly initialized / stack not chosen / TODO” placeholder with real project documentation for the Jekyll blog.

Purpose

As part of executing plan-001 (relocating the Jekyll blog source into this -src repo and automating publishing), the CLAUDE.md placeholder — which described the repo as “newly initialized” with no chosen stack — was replaced with accurate guidance now that the Jekyll source, tooling, and GitHub Actions deploy pipeline actually exist. This gives future sessions correct build/dev/serve commands, the content-section architecture, and the push-to-main → Actions → gh-pages deploy flow.
